We ship worldwide
Royal Mail is used for all shipping and the all items will be shipped in the following categories:-
- Tracked and Signed For Delivery within UK can take 2-4 days
- Tracked and Signed For Delivery Internationally can take 5-7 working days for Europe and up to four weeks for Zones 1 & 2.
- First Class Standard within the UK can take 1-2 days (not guaranteed)
- First Class Standard for International orders can take 5- 10 days (not guaranteed)
All original art will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For and Tracked Delivery within 1-3 days of order placed.
All prints, notebooks and affirmation cards are shipped via Standard First Class Delivery and will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
All giclee prints, notebooks and affirmation cards are made to order. Please allow 3-5 additional working days for their creation
International packages are sometimes held up in Customs so the transit times will vary. Give yourself up to 4 weeks from the ordering date.

Please be aware of any custom charges pertaining to your country prior to ordering. Any custom charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Always check your postal address before purchase to insure that the item is being delivered to the correct address. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot bear responsibility for the order.

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within one week please email us at illustratingrain@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you are based outside of the UK, times can vary so please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery and if the items hasn’t been received, please contact us.
